We are looking for a Product Portfolio Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.

Overview:

Join the LeMans Supply Chain team as a Product Portfolio Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in bringing products to market, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional initiatives! This position offers the opportunity to work with multiple teams, contribute to product strategy execution, and grow within a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

The Product Portfolio Coordinator provides executional and administrative support to the Product Portfolio Manager and Product Portfolio team in maintaining, updating, and executing product portfolio activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across product data, pricing, cataloging, and supplier coordination. The Product Portfolio Coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams—including procurement, sales, and marketing—to support product launches, maintain product data integrity, and execute pricing and promotional initiatives.

Job Functions:

  • Executes new part setup processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product data
  • Maintains and updates existing product information, including item changes, attributes, and lifecycle updates
  • Supports new part forecasting by gathering and organizing historical data, vendor inputs, and internal assumptions
  • Assists in execution of programs and promotions, ensuring product alignment with campaign timelines
  • Conducts competitive pricing analysis and supports margin evaluation and pricing
  • Implements and maintains pricing changes, ensuring accuracy across systems and channels
  • Coordinates media and product content management, including assets for Low Down and Skinny, Parts, and Drag Specialties publications
  • Manages rep sample requests and tracking, ensuring timely fulfillment and visibility
  • Supports cataloging processes, including product placement, categorization, and data validation
  • Assists with new supplier setup, ensuring required documentation, data, and system inputs are completed
  • Tracks and follows up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables related to product portfolio activities
  • Collaborates with procurement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of product-related initiatives
  • Reviews and validates data for accuracy across systems, catalogs, and digital platforms
  • Maintains organized documentation and records related to product and supplier information
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Performs other duties and/or tasks assigned

Skills:

  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Demonstrable ability to perform thorough and accurate tasks. Ensures accuracy while achieving consistent and precise work product.
  • ORGANIZATION SKILLS: Ability to prioritize and shift between multiple tasks utilizing resources efficiently and effectively to accomplish set goals.
  • VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION: Demonstrates the ability to be concise, articulate, and adapt the communication style to a specific audience with materials that are well-written and easy to understand.

Required Qualifications and Education:

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 0-2 years’ experience in product coordination, merchandising, data management, or related field
  • Travel requires up to 5% of the time
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit for 7+ hours a day
  • Must be mobile within an office space to access file cabinets, office, and/or computer equipment
  • Must be able to read from a screen
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and written
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle for 3+ hours
  • Must be able to travel by air for 8+ hours
