Job description

SUMMARY
The Niemann Harvest Market Restaurant Dishwasher duties include cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using commercial dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean, orderly condition and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Learns and uses the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
  • Keeps dishware stocked for restaurant staff
  • Promotes and supports established programs
  • Cleans and sanitizes as needed
  • Responds to customer queries and complaints
  • Follow all Health Code Guidelines
  • Follows all store and department policies and procedures
  • Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
