Job description

We're partnering with a client seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to support a short-term engagement. This position will concentrate on accounts receivable and collections activities, helping reduce outstanding balances and improve overall cash flow. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in credit and collections and is comfortable managing high volumes in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collection of past-due balances
  • Reach out to clients via phone and email to secure payments and resolve outstanding invoices
  • Analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize follow-up efforts
  • Research and resolve billing issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activity within internal systems
  • Track payment trends and flag accounts that present elevated risk
  • Apply credit policies and support ongoing credit review processes
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
  • Strong experience with B2B collections highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business applications
  • Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
