Job description

Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for a Policy Analyst in Arlington, Virginia. The Policy Analyst conducts comprehensive reviews and provides recommendations to enhance the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) educational program. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and the ability to assess program impacts.

The Policy Analyst provides authoritative analysis and recommendations to senior leadership, requiring consistent exercise of discretion in interpreting complex policy and regulatory frameworks. Regulatory Analysis: Review and evaluate changes in laws, policies, and regulations affecting SAPR. Policy Recommendations: Independently develop and present authoritative recommendations for program improvements and compliance, with minimal supervision.

Survey Development: Create and analyze surveys to gather insights from SAPR personnel. Annual Reporting: Assist in drafting the NGB portion of the DoD Annual Report on Sexual Assault. Provides authoritative recommendations to senior leadership; interprets complex policy frameworks with minimal supervision.

Payrate: $50,000 to $60,000 AnnuallyBachelor's Degree Three (3) to Five (5) years of related data analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in policy analysis and legislative review. Experience with DoD SAPR program requirements.

Experience with survey creation software (e.g., Survey Monkey). Experience creating data result reports. Analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, (e.g. PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote). Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
