The Weekend Rush
Bring the heat to The Howe as a Part-Time PM Line Cook-weekends required-helping power a high-energy dinner service where every plate matters. You'll keep tickets moving, flavors on point, and standards rock-solid from prep through close.
What you'll do
- Prep and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Work multiple stations (grill, sautรฉ, fry) as needed during peak service
- Maintain clean, organized stations and follow food-safety standards
- Communicate tightly with the kitchen and front-of-house to keep service smooth
