Job Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a Marine Raider Regiment/ Special Activities Training Role Player to support a Federal Government client. As a Role Player, you will:
  • Assist the Marine Raider Regiment in providing an operational environment within a simulated sovereign nation in support of Unconventional Warfare and Special Reconnaissance missions.
  • Perform relevant tasks as directed by Special Activities Team Lead and MRR Government personnel.
  • Deliver an after-action report (AAR) at the conclusion of each event regarding potential improvements/performance during the SAT and be prepared to brief the AAR to the MRR upon the conclusion of the training.

Please note that this is a temporary 1099 position.
Security Clearance:
  • Interim Security clearance required.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform duties in a physically demanding work environment.
  • Full training and preparation in order to meet mission requirements at start of contract.
  • Understand the script concept and interact with the overarching scenario.
  • Utilize creativity to better simulate the training environment and portray the assigned role.
  • Deliver precise exercise performance feedback to assist MRR with the evaluation of the exercise participants.

Experience:
  • Operational experience and knowledge of current doctrine and trends.
  • Previous experience as a Role Player preferred.
  • Experience working in DoD or Intelligence Community environment preferred.

Education:
  • High school diploma or GED
