Job description

The San Francisco 49ers are looking for a Director of Global Youth Football to lead all youth football initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive the strategic vision and oversee core program verticals while ensuring that all initiatives align with our values.

This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and an understanding of youth football development, as well as a passion for fostering a collaborative environment. A successful candidate will have at least 8–10 years of experience in youth sports.

The role, based in Santa Clara, offers compensation ranging from $140K to $145K.
