The Business Development Manager leads the agency to achieve growth expectations according to revenue, census and start of care budget goals. The Business Development Mananger is a key player in attaining metric goals. This position leads the execution of the Sales and Marketing plan to build relationships with referral sources within the communities we serve while leading the growth of the agency and supporting the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develops, maintains, and strengthens business partnerships (Hospital Systems, Physicians, SNFs, ALFs, ILFs, Hospice, Outpatient, Ancillary, ACOs, BPCI, and C-Suite Executives) for the Organization’s core businesses in Palm Beach County
    • Identifies and attains overall census growth targets in Palm Beach County
    • Collaborates with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations to secure, retain, and grow strategic partnerships.

Knowledge & Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Demonstrated skills and ability in fiscal accountability, communication (written, verbal, persuasion, negotiation, and public speaking), interpersonal relations, customer service, problem solving, planning, and organizing, data analysis, conflict resolution and other leadership qualities.
    • Proven track record with strategy planning, development, and execution.
    • Experience in Home health, hospice, private duty, skilled nursing, medical staffing and responsible for all marketing/sales.

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in health administration or business or related area; RN Licensed preferred.
    • Strong experience in home health sales, Private duty, hospice, and operations.
    • Demonstrated experience in Home Health.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Florida, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
    • Readily available and able for local travel; travel may be required supporting home health agency.
    • Medicare/Medicaid, Private Duty Home Health Sales, Account Manager, and Business Development and LTC.
