Department:
UCF Athletics - Football Administration
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Oversee all areas of campus housing/residential life relative to football student-athletes.
  • Plan and execute developmental programming for football student-athletes
  • Oversee plan for needed class checks/meal/room checks.
  • Coordinate all community relations/service activities
  • Monitor football student-athletes and locker room
  • Oversee football student-athlete iPad program
  • Talking role in team meetings/other events as needed
  • Coordinate and oversee weekly checks at local social venues
  • Oversee and work with summer bridge program
  • Oversee all gameday tickets for football student-athletes
  • Assist with all football student-athlete conduct issues
  • Assist in organization of all football related on-campus events (parent day, senior day, Ladies Knight, etc.)
  • Serve as football liaison with financial aid office
  • Serve as a liaison with compliance and academic support, especially in the case of forms, responses, conflicts, and general issues with student-athletes.
  • Uphold atmosphere of compliance
  • Coordinate former student-athlete visits/events/communication
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of appropriate experience or master's degree and two (2) years of appropriate experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Must meet deadlines as established

Due to the nature/scope of Athletics and Athletics events, position may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time and occasional travel.
