Job description

As a Plant Operations Manager in the Jackson, TN Plant, you'll help lead a state-of-the art manufacturing facility. If you have a proven track record of developing winning teams, are detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, we invite you to join us! In this role you will be a key decision maker, ensuring our processes and teams are running efficiently. You'll work with cross functional teams in operations, maintenance, safety, quality, and others to build capabilities across the site.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Budgeting and Planning - Participate in the business planning and budgeting process by developing short and long-term cost strategies
  • Culture Ownership - People safety is our top priority here, you're responsible for owning the department culture that includes safety, quality, and the overall organization.
  • Learning and Development - Help our team grow and learn as you coach and develop leaders on the Kellanova Work System, look at employee performance development, recognition, compatibility, and employee progression / readiness.
  • Driving Metrics - Measure Production, Delivery, Quality, Cost, Safety, and Morale through scorecards.

 

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Demonstrated operations and managerial experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations
  • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • High school diploma or GED 

 

Compensation

The annual salary range is $145,120 - $162,040, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
