We're seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of plant HR, including employee relations, training, labor relations, compliance and workforce development.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving people and business initiatives and cultivating a high-performing, employee-centered culture.
  • Manage labor relations activities, including contract administration, grievance resolution, and collective bargaining.
  • Lead onboarding, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support workplace safety, workers' compensation, food safety, and environmental programs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, and employment practices.
  • Experience in a unionized environment and labor relations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Expected Hiring Salary Range:$98,900 - $141,330   (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)  
  • This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

  • Onsite Work Environment:This position is based in Fort Worth, TX and requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
