Join the largest and fastest growing Dunkin’ franchise organization in Maryland and Delaware. We are aggressively building a best-in-class Management team and are currently seeking an exceptional full time Plant Operations Manager for our production facility at 9919 Golf Course Road, Ocean City, MD 21842.

Our Plant Operations Manager plays a vital role in kitchen operations by managing production and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and supervising production
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Plant Director
  • Second-in-command of the Plant Director, making sure all systems run smoothly and efficiently. On occasions when the manager is absent, they are officially in charge
  • Manage the kitchen reporting requirements
  • Provide leadership for day-to-day operation and delivery
  • Interviewing and establishing training environment for new hires
  • Train and develop the production associates, drivers and supervisors to ensure maximum productivity
  • Create production and delivery schedules, conduct inventories
  • Monitor operation expenses

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience in a key leadership role at a manufacturing facility

· Excellent planning and organization skills
