We are a niche high-end direct-hire agency (NOT a typical staffing firm) with specializations in Automation, Data Center, Power Management/Supply, Engineering (MEP & Civil), etc.


Our customers are a mix of Fortune 500 corps and local contractors/engineering firms.


While most recruitment firms focus on heavy “cold calling”, we primarily focus on pinpoint recruitment with “messaging” that leads to “warm” calls. We collaborate as a team with 4 layers: Recruiters, Sales, Sourcers, and Lead Generators.


LOCATION:

  • Newport Mesa / Newport Beach, CA (20280 Acacia)


POSITION:

Sourcer (3 Openings)

  • Match & Message candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
  • Career-Growth: Sr. Sourer or transition into a Recruiter or Recruitment Manager
  • Shadowing candidate and client communication via emails and calls
  • Find “gems/purple unicorns” on resume database sites: ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, etc
  • Build targeted marketing lists in very niche industries for the Sales team
  • Format resumes and create marketing profiles
