Role Purpose

Support the organization’s continuous improvement efforts through the application of Lean principles. The intern will assist in analyzing current processes, identifying waste, and supporting improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. This role offers hands-on experience with Lean tools, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support data collection and analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in analyzing current processes to detect waste and inefficiencies.
  • Help document and standardize processes to improve visibility and consistency.
  • Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-up materials related to improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation of process improvements.
  • Track progress of assigned initiatives and maintain updated project information.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data using Excel or similar tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
