Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced CLM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform to support enterprise contract lifecycle management initiatives. This role will focus on configuring the CLM platform, optimizing contract workflows, supporting integrations with enterprise applications, and serving as the functional expert for business users.

The ideal candidate combines deep CLM functional knowledge with excellent stakeholder engagement and training skills.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform to support enterprise contract lifecycle management.
  • Build and manage contract templates, clause libraries, metadata fields, approval hierarchies, and business rules.
  • Design and optimize automated workflows covering contract drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, renewals, and amendments.
  • Partner with business, legal, procurement, sales, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional solutions.
  • Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert (SME) for the Icertis CLM platform.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production support activities.
  • Configure dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor contract performance, obligations, renewals, and compliance.
  • Support integrations between Icertis CLM and enterprise systems including SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and electronic signature platforms.
  • Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation to support successful platform adoption.
  • Recommend and implement continuous process improvements and system enhancements.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
  • Platform configuration including contract templates, clause libraries, metadata, approval hierarchies, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business processes and best practices.
  • Experience configuring dashboards, reports, and contract analytics.
  • Knowledge of integrations with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and electronic signature solutions.
  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
  • Proven experience configuring and administering the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional configurations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise CLM implementations across multiple business functions.
  • Demonstrated success delivering workflow automation and process improvements.
  • Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
