A highly successful, multi-location personal injury law firm located in the CBD seeks a full-time legal assistant to manage presuit cases and litigation cases.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, edit and process all data and documents

  • Coordinate client meetings and Depositions

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail

  • Efficiently and courteously communicate with clients and co-workers

  • Perform job related duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS OFFICE/Outlook applications

  • Professional communication and telephone skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Good judgment skills

  • Ability/willingness to adapt to changing technology

  • Prioritize and multitask

  • Work well in high pressure/fast-paced environment

  • Heavy medical record requests and follow up
