This MayAugust internship is designed for driven, outgoing individuals who want more than shadowing or busy work. Youll step directly into the role of a Vacation Marketing Agent, gaining firsthand experience in guest engagement, lead generation, and sales-driven marketing.

Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities at the conclusion of the program.


What Youll Experience

This is an immersive internship where you will:

  • Actively engage with resort guests and owners on property
  • Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations brand and vacation offerings
  • Invite guests to attend Owner Updates and sales presentations
  • Assist guests with on-site experiences and local recommendations
  • Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional guest interaction
  • Learn how to qualify guests and understand marketing-to-sales conversion
  • Handle real-time conversations that drive business results
  • Complete reports and track performance metrics
  • Support both inbound and outbound guest communication
