Position Title: Programmatic Intern
Internship Term: Fall 2026
Compensation: College credit [MUST be enrolled in college course]

Hours Desired: 15-20/week
A day in the life:
  • As a programmatic intern, you will help optimize marketing campaigns by conducting analysis of ad performance. You will learn to create campaigns across various channels including display, native, video, and CTV. You will also provide input to clients using insights from creative and tactic performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Be prepared to learn and understand programmatic advertising techniques, strategies, and processes
  • Optimize and edit ad copy
  • Assist with new campaign set up and trafficking creative tags
  • Assist in data-driven campaign strategy by managing weekly reports and actively monitor campaign KPIs
  • Learn and perform creative analyses across accounts
  • Learn and develop testing roadmaps for current clients
  • Learn and use main DSP platforms; TheTradeDesk, StackAdapt, DV360

Role Requirements:
  • Deep interest in paid media/programmatic advertising
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical with ability to analyze data
  • Detail-oriented
  • Computer skills: understanding of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive
