LATA is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Midwest Operations team in Columbus, Ohio.
We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer with 10+ years of environmental consulting experience who excels at leading teams, managing complex projects, and building strong client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor staff, and contribute to meaningful environmental work within a collaborative and high-performing organization.

Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor engineering staff to support team growth and performance
• Oversee project execution, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and staffing
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of projects in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide technical leadership by guiding engineering approaches and solutions using industry best practices
• Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation
• Provide strategic insight on environmental regulations, policies, and industry trends
• Collaborate across offices to support operational success and project delivery
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
