Per-Diem Registered Nurse (RN)

Keystone Retreat is seeking a Per-Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide as-needed nursing support and quality client care. The LPN will assist with medication administration, monitor client needs, document care, and work closely with the nursing and clinical team to support safe, compassionate treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care and support
  • Administer medications as directed
  • Monitor vital signs and client condition
  • Document care accurately and timely
  • Communicate changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or provider
  • Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
  • Support a clean, safe, and professional care environment

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of PA
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program BLS certification
  • Clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible scheduling
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills

Preferred:

  • Per-diem or flexible nursing experience
