The Position: Per Diem RN

The Assisted Living Facility Nursing Case Manager is an essential component of the certified agency team. It is a Registered Professional Nurse who administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing service in an adult care facility.

Schedule: Flex schedule
