Engagement Team Representative (Remote)

Compensation: $41,600 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Position Overview
DirectMeds is seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals to join our growing Engagement Team. This is a consultative sales role focused on strengthening relationships with existing patients, identifying opportunities to improve their treatment experience, and recommending additional products that align with their wellness goals.
Success in this role requires confidence on the phone, strong objection-handling skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and patient outreach to drive engagement and sales.
  • Consult with existing patients to identify opportunities for additional products and treatment enhancements.
  • Educate patients on peptide therapies and other available wellness solutions.
  • Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Overcome objections and confidently close sales while maintaining a patient-first approach.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions within the CRM.
  • Navigate multiple platforms, including CRM systems, Five9 dialer, and patient management software.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales performance and patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven inside sales, telesales, telehealth sales, or call center sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Excellent closing, upselling, and cross-selling abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume outbound call environment.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and driven by performance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling peptides, hormone therapies, telehealth services, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or wellness products.
  • Experience using Five9, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Background in healthcare, medical sales, or patient engagement.

Technical Requirements
  • Reliable desktop or laptop computer.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Professional USB or Bluetooth headset with microphone.
