The Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing wellness team. This role is ideal for an NP who values preventive medicine, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and thrives in a refined, patient-centered med spa environment.

As a Wellness & Longevity Specialist, you will deliver comprehensive care while helping clients achieve sustainable health transformations through personalized treatment plans.

Key Duties

Conduct in-depth wellness consultations, physical examinations, and ongoing follow-up visits.

Develop, prescribe, and manage individualized hormone optimization and medical weight loss programs.

Provide education on lifestyle, supplementation, and nutrition optimization.

Monitor treatment progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation within EMR systems.

Provide a concierge-level experience while representing the 4Ever Young brand with professionalism and care.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, on client engagement initiatives, events, and promotions.

Qualifications

Active Florida Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
