Recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.
Recommends and initiates systems testing.
Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.
10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.

We completed the upgrade to version 9.2 over 2 years ago and since then have been on the leading edge of functionality with PI updates and PeopleTools upgrades.
Looking for smart, talented and creative analysts who like a challenge and thrive in a fast paced environment.
We are continuing to extend our robust HR functionality to our non-US team member populations and those who join our team will assist us as we roll out functionality to Managers and Team Member in India and the Philippines.
Client is widely acknowledged as the premiere PeopleSoft shop in the country, with 20+ years on the system and a large group of talented team members who understand it like no other.
Candidate will have the opportunity to not only help in the design and implementation of our global HR processes, but to learn critical information about PeopleSoft and its inner workings from the standpoint of one of the world's largest financial institutions, supporting a team member population of 280,000+.
As an analyst on our project, you will play an important role on our team.
candidate be expected to contribute to design decisions, draft detailed FSDs, and to create test plans and scripts.
Execute the testing, participating in system, integration, and user acceptance testing, working with a knowledgeable team of both systems personnel and business partners.
For integration and UAT, we will include formal defect tracking and resolution, leading to phased installations across our non-US regions.
Looking for the best and brightest analyst for this important role, and need significant PeopleSoft experience as an analyst with experience in the areas of Core HR, manager self-service and team member self-service.
Experience working in the fluid environment of PeopleSoft version 9.2 as well as experience with Gideon Taylor eForms is a huge plus
