Minneapolis, MN (Remote)
  • Minimum 8 + years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation , Support and development
  • Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits.
  • Experience in other modules like - Core HR, Self Service.
  • Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%. Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%.
  • Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point
  • Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India
  • Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills
  • Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
