Sr Lead PeopleSoft Developer
Remote role

We are looking for an experienced Sr Lead PeopleSoft Developer to join a fast-paced team with excellent learning and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and proven experience leading development, enhancements, upgrades, and integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for complex hands-on development, management, and implementation of change requests in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Assets
Lead custom PeopleSoft bolt-on development and advanced functionality enhancements
Review business requirements and collaborate with business partners, systems analysts, and subject matter experts to design technical solutions and estimate work efforts
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Assets modules
10+ years of overall software development experience
Strong experience with PeopleTools 8.6X or higher
Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and code retrofit
Preferred Skills
Experience with web service integrations
Exposure to Kafka, Kubernetes, or Snowflake is a plus
Experience with SAP Ariba P2P integrations is preferred
Strong experience in performance tuning and batch process optimization
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
