Job description

Title: Senior PeopleSoft Programmer/Web Developer (FSCM)

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid, Day Shift)

Required Skills:

·         Advanced PeopleSoft FSCM application development and production support

·         Strong hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Application Packages

·         Proficiency in PeopleSoft Application Designer (records, fields, components, pages)

·         Experience with Component Interfaces and Integration Broker

·         Advanced SQL development, data analysis, and database performance tuning

·         Experience developing reports/extracts using BI Publisher, PeopleSoft Query, or nVision

·         Knowledge of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and file-based integrations

·         Experience troubleshooting application, batch, integration, and performance issues

·         Understanding of SDLC, change management, and release management practices

·         Strong written/verbal communication skills with ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

·         7+ years PeopleSoft application development and production support experience

·         5+ years PeopleSoft FSCM development experience

·         Experience across multiple FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR/Billing, Asset Management, Purchasing, eProcurement, Commitment Control, Cash Management, Inventory, Grants, Project Costing)

·         Experience leading technical development for ERP implementations/upgrades

·         Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager, selective adoption, retrofits, and PeopleTools upgrades

·         Public-sector, county, municipal, or state government experience

·         Familiarity with government financial, procurement, budgeting, or grant-management processes

·         Relevant PeopleSoft, Oracle, integration, or database certification
