Job Title: PeopleSoft Integrator / PeopleSoft AnalystLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid)Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Integrator / PeopleSoft Analyst to support the NYC Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or HCM, system integrations, application support, business analysis, and troubleshooting in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, develop, and support PeopleSoft applications and integrations.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, and APIs.
  • Configure and customize PeopleSoft modules to meet business requirements.
  • Perform application troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Work closely with business users, functional analysts, and technical teams to implement enhancements.
  • Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides.
  • Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Required Skills
  • 7+ years of PeopleSoft implementation and support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, HCM, or Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interface, SQR, and Application Designer.
  • Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle preferred).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and API integrations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with PeopleTools 8.5x.
