Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrative People Team Coordinator to join our corporate People Team. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies in our industry. As a People Team Coordinator, you will engage in a variety of HR tasks and projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple departments. We are looking for someone who excels at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide HR database support, including entering new-hire information, updating employee records, and generating reports.
  • Create and maintain company personnel files in electronic formats.
  • Prepare new-hire materials and assist in onboarding and offboarding including reviewing and processing paperwork.
  • Serve as a liaison for employee requests and questions, delivering prompt and professional support.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to People administrative processes to increase efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR technologies (HRIS, electronic personnel files, SharePoint).
  • Assist with employment terminations and separations, including collecting and analyzing exit interview data.
  • Maintain and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking, completion reporting, and analytics.
  • Manage logistics for training events, including scheduling sessions, coordinating venues, preparing materials, communicating with participants and supporting virtual learning platforms.
  • Participate in and/or lead projects and programs within the People and across GEI.
  • Collaborate effectively within a small team and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Travel nationwide on a limited basis may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience using or supporting e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles or adult learning theory.
  • Experience supporting immigration processes.
  • Familiarity with People/HR metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
This position interacts with employees and leaders at all levels and often serves as the first point of contact with the People team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

  • At least one year of experience in an office environment; experience in Human Resources or data entry is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
