People Operations Generalist (Hybrid - Boston Seaport, 3 Days Onsite)
Role Overview
This role sits at the center of the employee lifecycle-supporting Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition coordination to ensure a seamless experience for both employees and candidates.
You will operate within a shared services model, partnering closely with Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to deliver consistent, high-quality People support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants exposure across the People Team
Level & Scope Definition
  • Executes core People workflows with defined processes
  • Works cross-functionally with People colleagues in support of Nasuni programs
  • Supports TA through coordination, candidate experience, and systems

Key Responsibilities
People Workflow (Primary Focus)
  • Own, improve, and expand onboarding end-to-end, including documentation, orientation, and Day 1 experience
  • Serve as front-line support for employee inquiries via ticketing systems
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle changes across HR systems, payroll, benefits, and internal stakeholders
  • Improve internal policies, workflows, and people programs

Talent Acquisition Support (Secondary Focus)
  • Create TA workflows for an optimal canididate and hiring manager experience.
  • Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse (pipeline tracking, reporting)
  • Support recruiting events and intern program execution
  • Support intern program logistics, onboarding, and experience
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, reporting, and communication workflows

Qualifications
Must-Have
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Business adjacent
  • Experience supporting onboarding and HR administrative processes
  • Exposure to HRIS or ATS systems (UKG, Greenhouse, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or interview coordination
  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with compliance and employment practices
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g., reporting, scheduling, documentation)

Ideal
  • Experience operating in a shared services or ticket-based HR model
  • Experience improving workflows or implementing automation

Experience Guidelines
  • 1-2 years total experience
  • Mix of HR operations and/or recruiting coordination preferred
