Job description

The People Development Coordinator has the opportunity to develop relationships and serve people on a daily basis with responsibilities such as recruitment, orientation, benefits administration, people development, and team member relations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or a related field with two to three years' experience. They will possess the capacity to relate well to people including residents, team members, and the general public. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and flexibility and outstanding problem solving and people skills are expected. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
