Job description

A financially strong, privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, has an immediate opening for an executive level General Manager for our Mobile, AL branch. With sales volume on the rise, we need a leader with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, team building and training abilities. The General Manager position has a wide range of responsibilities including team and sales management with a focus on building strong customer relationships.



Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales Management of outside and insides sales
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with and understanding their needs
  • Responsible for sales, margin, and growth
  • Personnel Management, including recruiting, training, and coaching staff
  • Operations Management of facility and staff including full P&L responsibility with adherence to policies and procedures
