We are seeking a detail-oriented International Payroll HRIS Analyst confident in Workday. This role is essential for managing global payroll systems and ensuring seamless HRIS operations in a fast-paced environment. The company fosters a collaborative work environment and values innovation in all its processes. Description Manage and maintain global payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Oversee HRIS data integrity and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.

Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement. Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new Workday functionalities. Provide training and guidance to employees on HRIS and payroll systems as needed.

Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure payroll compliance. Work closely with external vendors to resolve any system-related issues or enhancements.
