Position Summary: As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving our company's revenue by identifying and securing business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with new/existing clients and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and expanding our market reach.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads, identify prospects, and engage with partners and potential clients to expand our business footprint.
  • Using consultative methods, present, promote, and sell payroll, time tracking and HR services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer and partner relationships.
  • Utilize call and email outreach, social media selling, foot canvassing, partner referrals, and other various methods to build pipeline and close business.
  • Promptly respond to prospect, partner, and client inquiries.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate demos and hand-offs with other team members, to ensure a smooth process and positive experience for clients.
  • Record and track sales activities in our CRM.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and buying trends in the payroll and HR sectors.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Compensation: A successful sales consultant should make between $95,000 - $125,000 when meeting quotas. This range includes base pay and commissions but can have other rewards that make up total compensation.
