Payroll & HR Assistant (Part-Time or Full Time) โ€“ Bilingual (English/Spanish)


Join Our Growing Team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll & HR Coordinator (Part-Time or Full Time) to join our Human Resources team. This position provides support for payroll administration, employee records management, onboarding documentation, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and committed to providing excellent service to employees and management.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll processing, including pay cards, direct deposits, paystubs, PTO, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty administration.
  • Serve as backup support for payroll-related requests and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain and and enter new employee records and personnel files and our system.
  • Process new hire and termination in the payroll system.
  • Assist employees with account access issues and password resets.
  • Maintain job inventory records and administrative tracking logs.
  • Assist with HR administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
  • Provide professional support to employees regarding payroll and HR-related questions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in payroll, human resources, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
