Crafted Highlights:
The Strategy Manager role is based in Chicago, Illinois, and is a key member of the Strategy team, responsible for shaping the Molson Coors enterprise strategic agenda and partnering with executive leadership to develop the three-year strategic roadmap for our LATAM division, supply chain, and other key functional areas. This role will also drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and must build credibility and be a trusted thought partner with the Chief Strategy and Capabilities Officer and other members of the executive leadership team. This role is forward-looking and requires executive level presence, analytical thinking, as well as financial modeling skills.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Shape the enterprise strategic agenda by identifying external trends and competitive dynamics impacting Molson Coors, assess implications to the business, and help our executive leadership look around the corner
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across the enterprise, provides objective thought leadership and strategic action recommendations
  • Lead internal financial analysis and modeling of company three-year plan, to support the team with scenario planning and board management
  • Lead the development of the long-range strategy for LATAM, including ambition, market strategy, market/brand prioritization and strategic actions. Also partner with finance to develop three-year financial projections for LATAM
  • Lead the development of the long-range strategy for supply chain and other functional areas (i.e. HR, CD), including strategic roadmap, actions, and required investment

Key Ingredients:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience. Master's degree or MBA is preferred
  • You have 8-10 years in strategy, CPG finance, or consulting
  • You are creative and strategic thinker with the ability to break down high-level business problems, develop hypotheses, conduct data-based analysis to formulate solid, actionable proposals to senior management
  • You have demonstrated ability and knowledge of financial models, P&L and scenario modeling
  • Demonstrated executive presence and influence and management of key stakeholders
  • You take accountability for results - acting with integrity and honoring commitments
  • You have a thirst for learning - you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,900.00 - $146,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
