  • The Patient Services Representative at Crescent Community Health Center is responsible for providing exceptional service to patients by managing their appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of operations within the healthcare facility. This role is crucial in maintaining patient satisfaction and supporting the healthcare team's efforts in delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
