Restorative dental experience is required for this position.

Are you someone who loves keeping a schedule full, solving problems, and helping patients feel genuinely cared for? Do you notice an opening in the schedule and immediately start working on a solution?

Complete Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our Bellevue team!

This is an important role in our office. You will help create productive, patient-focused schedules while keeping our providers, clinical team, and patients informed throughout the day. We are looking for someone who understands restorative dentistry, communicates confidently, and can stay calm and organized in a busy dental environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building, managing, and maintaining productive patient schedules
  • Keeping doctor and hygiene schedules organized and running efficiently
  • Confirming appointments and communicating schedule changes with patients
  • Filling last-minute cancellations and open appointment times
  • Working closely with providers to understand scheduling preferences and treatment needs
  • Accurately documenting appointments and patient information in Dentrix
  • Keeping appointment notes current and detailed
  • Anticipating scheduling challenges and finding solutions quickly
  • Supporting front-office operations as needed
  • Creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous restorative dental office experience is required
  • Experience with dental scheduling or front-office responsibilities
  • Dentrix experience is strongly preferred
  • A strong understanding of dental terminology and restorative procedures
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Confidence handling a busy schedule with multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, compassionate, and professional approach with patients
  • A calm, solutions-focused attitude when unexpected changes occur
