• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, crafting detailed profiles that guide treatment.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s objectives and challenges.
• Provide individual counseling sessions, as well as group and couples therapy, using appropriate therapeutic modalities to encourage positive mental health outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care approaches, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client progress.
• Keep meticulous, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical requirements, reflecting ongoing treatment and assessment outcomes.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision and professional development activities to continually enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices.

• A valid Washington state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficient in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to empathetically connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and interactions.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Special training or certifications in trauma-informed care or evidence-based modalities such as CBT or DBT.
