Inner Care Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

The role offers flexibility through a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care focused on the needs of individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues. As a member of our cooperative team, you'll engage with a multi-disciplinary group of professionals who prioritize teamwork and creative solutions. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health requirements and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and groups, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients.
• Collaborate actively with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

At Inner Care Health Center, you will work with a diverse spectrum of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and addiction-related challenges. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Care Health Center offers competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a stimulating work environment, we provide:
