Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Dental Patient Care Co-ordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling insurance claims, and assisting with billing inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a dental or medical office and familiarity with dental software systems are preferred but not required. If you are enthusiastic about supporting a team dedicated to delivering outstanding dental care and creating positive patient experiences, we invite you to apply.
