About the Role:
Guru Dental Group LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing team in Bridgeville, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately
  • Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and balances
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
  • Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient scheduling and minimal wait times
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting preferred
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
