About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Case Coordinator to support patient care coordination in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This is a phone-intensive role where you will spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to patients and providers, managing cases, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
