We’re hiring a Bilingual Clinical Case Coordinator for our Stafford, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Bilingual Clinical Case Coordinator
  • Location: Stafford, TX 77477
  • Pay: $15 hr
  • Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Responsible for managing and coordinating care for participants by assessing needs, developing service plans, and connecting individuals with appropriate community and Medicaid resources. This role ensures services are delivered effectively, monitors progress, maintains accurate documentation, and provides ongoing support.
  • Requirements: Previous experience in case management, healthcare, or social services preferred, Strong organizational and documentation skills, Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Knowledge of community resources and Medicaid services is a plus, Ability to handle sensitive situations and provide basic crisis support, Proficient in basic computer systems and recordkeeping
