Highlights
Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to join our collegial group of 13 employed Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers in Indianapolis. Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively and seamlessly with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

       Opportunity for full-time or part-time practice
       Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
       Epic EMR
       Part of a highly collaborative, collegial group of employed Endocrinologists (13 physicians)
       Comprehensive care + dedicated multidisciplinary team in one location

Licensure & Certification
BE/BC in Endocrinology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana; completion of a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
