A mission-driven nonprofit organization serving youth in Martin County is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and expand strategic partnerships that support programs focused on mentorship, leadership development, athletics, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who thrives in a purpose-driven environment and enjoys developing new opportunities that create meaningful impact in the community. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and securing corporate sponsorships, cultivating major donor relationships, and establishing partnerships with businesses, community leaders, and philanthropic organizations.
In this role, you will design and implement strategies to grow funding through sponsorships, donor development, and special events. Responsibilities include developing sponsorship packages, cultivating long-term relationships with partners, conducting donor meetings and presentations, and supporting fundraising initiatives including capital campaigns and community events.
