Job description

We're looking for a Strategic Technology Partner Relationship Manager to lead and evolve relationships with our most critical global technology partners, including offshore teams.

In this role, you'll act as the business owner for these partnerships-ensuring strong delivery, managing risk, and driving measurable value across engagements. You'll work closely with internal leaders and external partners to improve performance, reduce escalations, and strengthen accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end relationships with strategic global technology partners
  • Drive consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple engagements
  • Build strong partner relationships and lead ongoing communication and planning
  • Enable new opportunities by aligning business needs to partner capabilities
  • Establish governance practices, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and lead performance reviews
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk in partnership with Procurement, Legal, and Compliance
  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management while maintaining strong relationships
  • Ensure engagements deliver expected value and business outcomes
  • Support onboarding of new engagements to ensure partner readiness
  • Act as business owner for partner agreements and third-party risk activities

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in partner/vendor management, technology delivery, or consulting
  • Experience working with global or offshore delivery teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) and driving improvements
  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or third-party governance
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or a regulated industry
  • Background in consulting, sourcing, or strategic partnerships

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$91,700.00 - $169,600.00
