ABOUT REPAY

ABOUT REPAY (โ€œRealtime Electronic Paymentsโ€ / NASDAQ TICKER: RPAY) is an established and fast-growing publicly traded financial technology and payment processing company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices across the country. REPAY enables its customers to accept payments anytime, anywhere, and through any channel while providing a secure, seamless, and enjoyable payment experience for the end consumers. REPAY offers a comprehensive suite of electronic payment and funding solutions, including debit and credit card processing, ACH processing, Instant Funding, and electronic bill payment systems with full IVR, text, and mobile capabilities. The scalability of its products allows merchants of all sizes to add an instant arsenal of intelligent payment technology solutions to their businesses without significant development costs or infrastructure investments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

REPAY is seeking a relationship-driven and commercially minded Partner Relationship Manager to join our Consumer Payments division. This role is responsible for managing, growing, and deepening relationships with REPAY's existing portfolio of software partners โ€” ensuring partners are engaged, successful, and continuously expanding their use of the REPAY platform. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to the ISV and software vendors within their portfolio. They are proactive communicators who anticipate partner needs, identify growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding partner experiences. This person strikes the right balance between relationship management and commercial acumen โ€” maintaining strong partnerships while driving revenue retention and expansion. This role is a critical part of REPAY's partner-led growth strategy for Consumer Payments and offers a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact on one of the company's most important growth channels.

RESPONSIBILITIESPartner Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of active software partners within the Consumer Payments division. Build deep, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to drive long-term engagement and loyalty. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address challenges, and align on mutual growth objectives. Proactively monitor partner health metrics and intervene early when engagement or performance begins to decline. Serve as the internal voice of the partner โ€” advocating for their needs across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Drive partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Revenue Retention & Expansion

Own revenue retention and growth targets for an assigned partner portfolio. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing partner relationships and drive them to close. Drive partner referrals and overall revenue growth. Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations with existing partners. Partner closely with the Hunter team to ensure a seamless transition from new partner acquisition into long-term relationship management. Develop co-selling strategies with the internal and partner sales teams.

Partner Enablement & Success

Ensure partners are fully enabled on the REPAY platform โ€” including products, features, and tools needed to drive adoption and payment volume growth. Develop and deliver partner-facing training, resources, and communications to support platform utilization and feature adoption. Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Technical Account Management to resolve partner integration issues and escalations. Champion the launch of new REPAY products and features within your partner portfolio, driving adoption and incremental revenue.

Reporting & Forecasting

Maintain accurate, up-to-date partner activity, pipeline, and account health data in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent). Provide regular reporting on portfolio performance, renewal forecasts, and expansion opportunities to sales leadership. Track and report on key partner KPIs including payment volume, active users, and product adoption rates. Lead annual business planning and partner forecasting.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required 4+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or customer success โ€” ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services technology.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio of B2B partner or customer accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Commercially minded with experience managing renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large partner portfolio simultaneously without losing detail or momentum.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partner management platforms.
  • Preferred Experience managing ISV, VAR, or software partner relationships in a payments or embedded finance context.
  • Familiarity with integrated payment platforms, API-based solutions, or vertical market software.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth or publicly traded payments or fintech company.
  • Existing network within the Consumer Payments, auto finance, personal lending, mortgage, or property management verticals.
