As the primary enablement lead for AWS-focused initiatives, you will build upon an established and growing partner ecosystem, helping AWS sales, technical, customer success, and leadership teams develop practical expertise, accelerate AI adoption, and create stronger customer outcomes. This is a mature, multi-program environment where success comes from sustaining momentum, optimizing existing programs, and scaling impact across established stakeholder groups. Key objectives include:

  • Accelerate adoption and reach of existing AWS enablement programs.
  • Expand participation across sales, technical, customer success, and leadership audiences.
  • Improve readiness, engagement, and advocacy within established partner communities.
  • Drive measurable growth in enablement participation, learning consumption, and partner champion development.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary enablement and success lead for AWS-focused partnership initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with AWS alliance leaders, enablement stakeholders, field sales teams, industry specialists, solutions architects, and partner success teams.
  • Partner closely with AWS alliance and enablement stakeholders to execute against established strategic priorities and partnership objectives.
  • Lead regular planning discussions, stakeholder reviews, business updates, and readiness conversations across AWS partner audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of existing enablement programs.
  • Coordinate enablement activities across AWS field sales, industry specialists, alliance teams, and technical communities.
  • Develop scalable enablement experiences that support sales, technical, customer success, and customer-facing audiences.
  • Translate AI capabilities, customer use cases, and go-to-market priorities into practical learning experiences and readiness programs.
  • Deliver workshops, executive briefings, office hours, train-the-trainer sessions, learning pathways, and champion programs.
  • Expand existing learning pathways, certification-related readiness initiatives, and partner advocacy programs.
  • Help stakeholders build confidence positioning, supporting, and expanding AI-related customer opportunities.
  • Support readiness across sales, technical, customer success, and leadership audiences while building and nurturing partner champions throughout the AWS ecosystem.
  • Scale successful enablement programs across geographies, industries, and partner audiences.
  • Drive alignment between partnership priorities and internal enablement initiatives to maximize partner impact and customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Prior experience within the AWS Partner Network (APN) ecosystem or a comparable hyperscaler partner program strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS's internal seller structure, including field sales motions, industry-vertical specialists, and champion/advocate program models.
  • Comfort operating within an existing strategic framework and executing against an established roadmap, rather than building a program from the ground up.
  • 8 or more years of experience in partner success, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, customer success, learning and development, consulting, or a related field within enterprise technology.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning or enablement programs for external partners, customer-facing teams, or enterprise technology audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data ecosystems, enterprise software, or AI technologies, with the ability to learn new products and technical concepts quickly.
  • The ability to translate complex technical topics into relevant, accessible learning experiences for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience partnering with sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams.
