Part Time Restaurant Server

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part Time Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
  • Check in with guests to address any additional needs or concerns.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
